Ephesian coin struck under Nero (AD 54–68). Rev.: four column ionic temple in three-quarter view, likely the Temple of Artemis. It is inscribed with the first occurrence of the term NEOKORwN (neokorōn, “Keeper of the Temple”) on a coin (RPC 2626; Waddington 1620).
