Restored Library of Celsus, Ephesus. The relief in the foreground is reminiscent of the elements of armor mentioned in Ephesians 6:13–17, including the belt, breastplate, greaves for the feet, shield, helmet and sword. While the Library was only completed in 135 AD and was not present in Paul’s day, the relief may have existed earlier.

Temple of Hadrian on Curetes Street, Ephesus. The pillar bases were for the statues of the Emperors Diocletian, Maximian, Constantius I, and Galerius (AD 293–305). The outside facade of the temple displays four Corinthian columns supporting a curved arch. In the center there was a relief of Tyche (Cybele), goddess of victory.
